Vietnam's e-Visa program covers citizens of over 80 countries including all EU member states, the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and many others. Check the official Vietnam Immigration website for the current complete list.

e-Visas can be extended inside Vietnam through the Immigration Department or authorised travel agencies. Extensions are not guaranteed and depend on your current visa status and reason for extension.

If your e-Visa is rejected, you may reapply or consider applying for a visa through a Vietnamese embassy in your country. The application fee is non-refundable if rejected. Contact us for assistance with visa matters.

It is highly recommended to have a printed copy of your e-Visa. While some airlines and immigration officers may accept digital copies, a printed version ensures smooth processing. Always carry both printed and digital versions.

We recommend applying at least 7-10 days before your travel date to allow for the 3-business-day processing time and any potential issues. Apply early to avoid stress — there is no disadvantage to applying well in advance.
